Olive ‘Coratina’

Evergreen single or multi-trunk tree has long, narrow, grey-green foliage. Slightly fragrant, small, white flowers followed by black, edible fruit late summer to fall. When processed, olives produce high phenolic compound content with exceptional oil oxidation stability. Great for Mediterranean gardens! Fruit used for eating, pickling and oil production.
